In 2025, the Community Engagement committee decided to provide our first free will donation dinner at the fair and to take the 100% proceeds from that dinner give it back to the community. The church came together spectacularly and made chicken & noodles, pulled pork and various sides & deserts. Then the whole church showed up to serve. On Thursday night we served over 555 meals.

The first project to come out of the money raised at the fair was the free movie night.On December 28 Alquina Church partnered with the local movie theater and paid for 160 people to see the movie David and also provided them with free popcorn and a drink.

For the past 3 years we have put up a Christmas display in Robert's park.

Alquina participates regularly at the Grandview and Eastview Trunk-or-Treats.

We participate yearly in the fair parade.

Alquina set up at the Fall Festival and raffled off prizes.
